Welcome to Prova! By using our app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Prova mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Prova is an AI-powered virtual try-on application that allows users to:

Upload photos of themselves
Upload or select clothing items
Generate virtual try-on images using artificial intelligence
Save and organize created outfits

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete registration information
Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
Upload photos of other people without their consent
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization
Upload inappropriate or explicit content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of providing our virtual try-on service.

Generated Content: The virtual try-on images generated by our AI are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Our Content: The App, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Ildirim Huseynov and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. AI-Generated Results

Please understand that:

Results are generated by artificial intelligence and may not be 100% accurate
Virtual try-on images are approximations and may differ from real-life appearance
We do not guarantee that generated images will match actual product fit or appearance
Results should be used as a reference only, not as a definitive representation

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Prova may require a paid subscription:

Subscription prices are displayed in the App before purchase
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
You can manage subscriptions through your App Store account
Refunds are handled according to App Store policies

8. Credits System

Prova uses a credit system for try-on generations:

Credits are non-refundable after purchase
Credits do not expire
Free daily credits may be offered and reset every 24 hours

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that:

The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
Results will be accurate or reliable
The App will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ildirim Huseynov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity
At our sole discretion, with or without notice

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
